Tai Chi Chuan
As one of the most practiced martial arts in the world, Tai Chi is characterized by a series of slow, gentle movements. Within those movements, a deep awareness of the body develops.
From bones, muscles, tendons, ligaments to each of the organs, a student will develop a visceral relationship with each of their internal systems.
Martial Paths will conduct these classes starting with a centering meditation and then provide instruction in a series of patterned movements such as ‘A Walk in Beijing’ or ‘Eight Pieces of Silk’.
