This ongoing class will be a comprehensive look at the world of Karate, featuring over 20 different Kata. All of your jumping, spinning, punching, chopping and kicking needs will be met during the Kihon portion of the class! All the structure, discipline and confidence-building one can handle!
Tuesday and Thursday Evenings
Class time: 6-7pm.

Tai Chi Live!
This class will focus on a visceral approach to relaxation, balance building, strength development and maintenance of one’s Health & Well-Being through the movements of Tai Chi and Chi Kung.
Monday Evenings
Class time: 6-7pm.
*Early Bird Sessions at 8am Saturday Morning.
$50/month, $75 for both classes.

The Kids Initiative Program is coming to your local schools by serving the local Tri-Board area (Limestone, Hastings-Prince Edward and Kawartha-Pine Ridge school boards), from Prince Edward County to Plevna and the Highway 401 corridor from Kingston to Cobourg.
